These room rates include: a full breakfast and five-course dinner daily, all gratuities, half off green fees on “The Jewel,”
free tennis court time and use of the Esther Williams swimming pool. Luggage handling fees will be an additional charge
added to your bill at check out.
There will be NO event registration fee and NO door prizes or goodie bags. You will need to purchase your own
ferry transportation with Arnold Ferry at a discounted price to and from the island. There will be a list of attendees
at the Arnold Ferry ticket office which will allow you to receive the discounted price. You may walk to the Grand or
purchase carriage transportation to and from the Arnold docks.
We WILL have our traditional Grand Promenade before dinner in the Grand Dining Room on Monday, Meet and Greet in the
Grand Theatre will follow Monday’s dinner. The Grand Hotel will still provide Private Wine Reception on the
Grand Hotel Porch and High Tea. Of course, there will be a few Red Hat Vendors for your shopping pleasure.
The official Grand Hotel room registration form is attached for your convenience. You may send it to the hotel
now to reserve your room for the event in July 2012. This is the first time in the history of the hotel that they
have agreed to take room reservations a year in advance of an event being held at their establishment.
